1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Quantum Clips, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Quantum Clips.

2. Description of Service

Quantum Clips provides AI-powered video generation from text, images, and uploaded media. The service includes a credit system, a private Library, sharing tools, and optional paid plans. We may change or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use the service.

4. Credits & Billing

• Free accounts receive a daily credit allowance that resets each day.
• Pro is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase with ongoing monthly credit grants.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not roll over.
• Prices and credit allowances may change; existing subscriptions are honored at the price in effect when they were purchased.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quantum Clips to generate content that:

• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Depicts non-consensual sexual content, or sexual content involving minors.
• Promotes hate, harassment, violence, or illegal activity.
• Deceives or defrauds, including deepfakes intended to mislead.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise harm the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may remove offending content without notice.

6. Content Ownership & License

You own the videos you generate and grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver them as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploads do not violate third-party rights. We may use anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the service, but we do not claim ownership of your content.

7. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are produced by AI models and may be imperfect, unpredictable, or inadvertently resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. We provide no guarantee that any output is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Base44 Payments. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Because credits are consumed immediately and digital content is delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available except where required by law. 9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. This does not affect rights that may apply under your local consumer law.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk to the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; you should export any content you wish to keep before termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
