Account data: your email address and a display name when you register, plus a role assignment. We do not collect government IDs or payment card details directly; payments are handled by our payment provider, Base44 Payments.

Content you create: the text prompts you enter, any images or videos you upload, and the generated clips stored in your private Library.

Usage data: anonymous analytics such as pages viewed and features used, to improve the product. We do not sell your data.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain your account and generated content.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or Lifetime purchase.
• To send service-related notices (for example, password resets).
• To understand usage patterns and improve features.

4. Content Ownership & Sharing

You own the videos you generate. Your Library is private by default. You may choose to publish a clip to the public Gallery or create a private share link; doing so makes that clip visible according to the sharing option you selected. You are responsible for the content you generate and share.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and Library content for as long as your account is active. Generated videos and uploaded media are stored to serve your Library. You can delete any clip at any time from your Library, and you may request account deletion by contacting support.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for AI generation, file storage, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and under their own privacy policies. We do not share your content for advertising purposes.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for cross-site advertising.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account data. You can export or delete your clips from the Library at any time. To exercise data rights or request account deletion, contact us through the Contact page.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your account and content safe.
